Availability

We do not hold stock locally. Products are stocked at the factory and the levels of stock on call are changing every day. In all cases please contact us to determine availability. Depending on stock levels, items are typically available within 5 to 10 working days.
Custom items are manufactured to order and expected delivery times should be requested for each specific order.

Returns

Faulty goods may be returned for a refund or credit. Where possible we will notify you via e-mail once we have processed any returned items and made a refund.

Delivery

We can not deliver to a post office box or any suspicious address. Our goods will be shipped via a reputable courier. Delivery costs are added to all orders. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses.

Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties in any circumstances. We will take reasonable steps to protect the personal information you pass to us.

Your Information

We will only hold information necessary to conduct general business. This information will consist of, but not be limited to, business address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail addresses and web sites. Other information e.g. banking details will only be requested where necessary and will only be used with your permission.
